Mr Meanie! I am delighted tae have the chance tae converse wi' ye again. I trust all is well wi' you.

I am weel acquainted wi' Dumfries & Galloway. In fact I am due tae spend a few days doon near Lockerbie soon, on a friend's farm. I hope ye had a pleasant wee interlude up here. I shall surely reserve a special place at the heid o' the table for ye (between the comely Scottish Maidens and Ochills Ogre) come the Grand Scottish Isles AppleIsider Feast o' Friendship and Unity.

I may have forgotten tae specify in my previous allusion tae this forthcoming (sometime) event, that lang red hair and huge ginger beards will be mandatory.

Jamie! I'm no' on MSN or any o' these contraptions, but we can maybe arrange something by that email thing in the new year.

My puppy is flattered that she has so many fans

I've wanted to meet pscates for a while now. Not sure why, he just seems like a cool dude.

I'd like to meet groverat just so I can kick his ass and take his girlfriend.

Mac O'...sorry...SIR Mac O' the Isles, you have an open door invitation to stay with me for as long as you want when you come state side. But you have to promise me that you'll string me some long scottish yarns while you're here. I'm sure I could listen to that accent all day!

I feel the same way. I only know one teen with a Mac... but I did get one of my Windows using friends to admit the Mac OS was much better.

I have a newfound respect for the Scots. I now co-produce a show with a fine young Scottish lady and we have a blast! You all are very cool, expecially with words like BOLLOX!

Everyone else:
I can sort of see why no one would like to meet me. I'm not very interesting, really. You'd love the Kansas City area, though. We have...um, the Chiefs -- well, no, they suck now. How about.....well, we're the world headquarters for Applebee's! And, um.....well, I guess all we have is great barbecue!

But seriously, KC is cool. I've heard many times that we're a lot less uptight around here than the rest of the country is. Come on through sometime, if you get the chance.

Probably everyone thinks I'm some old grumpy guy with a grudge (since I rag on the media, politicians, and others so much). I'm just opinionated though. Not a mean-spirited guy at all. Not even when I play hockey, though I can be if I have to.

Anyway, if I could set it up any way I like, I would fly to San Diego, chiil with pscates...maybe down a six pack while watching the aircraft carriers steam out to sea (or something like that)...then I'd fly to Dallas where Groverat and I could take in a Stars-Capitals game (because the Capitals are about the only team I like less than Dallas)...then...I dunno...maybe fly back to Chi-town and go to Da Bears tail-gater with Scott H. Sounds like a good weekend to me (though they might not agree).

There are others I wouldn't mind meeting, but I won't be so obvious as to say "Kate." <img src="graemlins/smokin.gif" border="0" alt="[Chilling]" />

Mr CosmoNut - You too are maist gracious. Scots invented maist things o' course including coolness (especially coolness wi' a wee dash o' celtic grooviness). Now - I mysel' (apart frae being scrunchily cool) am an exceptionally photogenic hielan' laddie (as particpants o' Flamingo and Orange Insider will testify). Can ye no' give me a wee part in one o' your forthcoming productions? Eg: Handsome Scottish stranger who wanders intae the saloon wins the heart o' the leading lady and earns thousands o' those US bucks. You know...after thinking about it...I'm not sure I'd want to meet me either. For one thing, I don't present myself as a barrel-o-monkies kind of guy, and for another I've never been at the head of the line when it comes to popularity contests.

I have to say though I was waiting for the merciless jab from Groverat after my Dallas Stars comment.

If I could only meet one person it would probably be Mark.

If I were to meet a group it would consist of Groverat, Anders, Moogs, PScates, Scott H, DocGonzo, Artman (someone to hang with once everyone started bitching about politics), Amorph and Eugene - cause he gets some cool toys. Oh, and MacAddict.

Plus a couple dozen others I didn't mention.

No girls from AI allowed. We'd meet new girls.

Almost met The Installer and he's the only AI guy I've spoken to on the phone. Very friendly and intelligent guy.

Of course I want to meet Kate. Not just because she's a she, but because she's got an absolutely intriguing personality. She's got that "X" factor that fascinates people.

I'll second this old vote! I've taken quite a long time to think about it and this IS my final answer! Workerbee's shine has been lost, like seeing your girlfriend naked for the first time...just common.
