Man, I spend that in about a month.
I'm just not a clothes horse kinda guy. The basics: Levi's, white T-shirts, some pullovers, some button shirts (I LOVE this time of year because I love my thick, cozy flannel, untucked, of course...), a couple of sweaters.
I'll see a cool shirt or something at Target or Old Navy (honestly, about the only two places I buy clothes...wait a minute, they ARE the only two places I buy clothes) and snag it.
But it has to be something that's really incredible and can't get anywhere else and is in danger of selling out, OR the price just has to be sweet as pie. I'm not about to drop some ridiculous price on a shirt or sweater, just because it looks cool.
But I've also gotten good at being practical and thinking ahead and learning to recognize true desire and utility from impulsive "gotta have it" urges. Just tonight, for example, I saw about five cool shirts at Target, but talked myself out of them, even though I totally had the money.
Of course, there's always tomorrow
