I downloaded it from the downloads section on the Apple website, and the little devil has been pissing me off ever since. Every third or fourth song, that little window comes down telling me a bunch of terribly inaccurate crap. I can't find it anywhere in my HD. It's like phantomware. Somebody please help me get it off my computer. It's driving me crazy.

It probably is some other place, I forget where background-type apps are stored.

System Preferences app -> accounts -> select your account if it isn't already -> login items

See what's there and delete any entry that is likely to be this program.
