Has anyone heard any rumors about whether or when Apple will/may add more capability to Bluetooth on the iPhone?

I'm particularly interested in FTP for file transfers. Seems like this and other protocals would fairly easy to add.
just waiting to be included in one of Apple's target markets.
Don't get me wrong, I like the flat panel iMac, actually own an iMac, and I like the Mac mini, but...........
