BTW, I am not saying that Applied Digital is the beast, just the parallels are interesting. Once this is perfected it can be used in just such a way.

I have heard that these chips can be made to be powered off the bodies own energy and the reason for putting them in the right hand or forehead would be because thost places have a naturally higher level of lithium. No links yet (google searching now) but I find all of this interesting. Sort of a hobby of mine.

The reference to the places in the body come from a specialist page on apocalypse theorizing.... i seriously doubt that this is true

If you look at Revelations and see parallels to now, then Bush is the Anti-Christ because it says that a war will be started in the middle east region and the powers of the beast will rule the air . . . kinda scary huh?

Well, as to the first part of your post, nobody knows exactly what is going to happen or when. But there are certain signs that are not hard to see. Sure, there are many people who theorize about the Revelation that really are a bit off base (and some that are way off base). This site was the first easily found site, and I have seen the information posted other places as well. It is interesting though how similar the information is. Did you bother to do any reasearch on the scientist mentioned in the article? I bet not...

As far as the part you quoted. From what I have read the US does not appear to fall into the Revelation, at least not as a major player. The anti-christ will also claim to be God and will ensure security and peace for Isreal for 7 years. I will however assume that the last part of your past was mostly a joke...

Seriously, I don't believe in God of any kind and I have given many hours (like weeks) of thought about the whole religion thing.(You don't want to make the wrong choice in this!), but its kind of wierd/thought provoking that someone wrote a few thousand years ago about the 'beast' and now someone is proposing these chips, I dont know what the 666 has to do with it though. My theory of 666 is that it is 3 gay men, as in the '69' position, I cant think of any other symbolic meaning of it!

They'll never implant me with the chips, Could there be a law requiring implantation in a population? Or would it never get through?

If this ever became popular, I think It would have to come in through the back-door!!! I think they would make these chips have certain values/properties that would make people queue up to get them through choice.

If indeed the mark of the beast comes to pass and a chip like this were used then things will be much different than they are now. Something devastating is going to happen that will change a lot of peoples minds about a lot of things. (Think 9-11 only on a global scale) One man will rise above the rest and take power of the entire world. One world government, one religion, one currency. It will be a virtual utopia, or as close as people have ever seen. Then things will start to go downhill. The man in charge will declare himself God and demand to be worshiped as such. He will demand that everyone take his mark or be put to death. So yeah, it will be a law, sort of. Take it or we put you to death. No back door there. Anyhow, watching things as they are progressing in the middle east, nuclear worries, and other issues somewhat hidden from the rest of the world, it could happen any day now. Or it could be in a hundred years. Once it gets going, it will be fairly clear what is happening to those who have studied it. I hope it happens in my lifetime, AND I hope it does not happen in my lifetime. The first reason is because once it starts it will be roughly 7 years until the return of Jesus , and the reason I don't hope it happens in my lifetime is because it will be the WORST 7 years of my life getting there. :eek:
