I can understand the sales staff on the floor not being made aware, but surely management must be aware of their own products because they know they are going to get phone calls. One of management's job is to get information on all new and current products from their superiors so their staff can be informed as well. It's not like I called them at 10 am central asking for information one hour before we all found out about it. I gave them time to be made aware of new products and if they don't know, that's all on their superiors not relaying the proper information.
