Coke or Pepsi?

The title says it all. Which do you prefer, Coca-Cola or Pepsi? I personally like Coke a lot more and like Coca-Cola products like Sprite & Canada Dry Ginger Ale.

When someone asks Coke or Pepsi, you really aren't answering the question by introducing a third answer.

I prefer Pepsi to Coke.

The Vagina Monologues.

But if we're only talking about Coke and Pepsi, I prefer Coke. Pepsi is too unfoamy and weak.

If we're talking regular pop (noooo, not soda ), then it's Coke.

Diet pop? Definitely Pepsi. Diet Coke tastes like crap.

I prefer Brio over Coke and Pepsi. Tastes similar but different. I think it's from Italy. The pretentious coffee shop at the end of my street sells it. I don't know where else to find it.

Hey, believe it or not they still sell that stuff, although it can be hard to find. It's called "Coke II."

Coke CEO Roberto Goizueta drank that stuff until he died a few years ago. He insisted it was better than Coke Classic.

Canada Dry isn't a Coke product; it's made by the Dr Pepper/7Up people. They're owned by Cadbury Schweppes, the British company. It's kind of odd that Canada Dry and Schweppes are owned by the same people since they compete with each other.

Anyway ... I prefer Coke, although I don't mind Pepsi. Pepsi is a little sweeter. Coke has a little more bite to it. But when I was a kid I always drank Pepsi, out of those glass 16-ounce bottles.

CaseCom-Ewww, really? That stuff tasted like re-canned Coke "Classic."

I really loved the original Crystal Pepsi (before they tried to make it a new Sprite,) though.
I can still picture the commercials with "Right Now" by Van Halen in them.

I've always wanted to try that- there is a place in East LA that sells it, but I can't find it (it was on TV and I missed the address)

But to answer the question, I prefer Coke over Pepsi. I like Coke's slightly bitter bite and caramel finish. I find Pepsi to be just uniformly sweet.

Pepsi barfs me out.

Coke has that "sizzle" that Pepsi doesn't have.

If forced to choose between Diet Coke and Diet Pepsi though, I'd choose Diet Pepsi.

You know how you order a Coke in a restaurant and the waitperson always says "Is Pepsi OK?" as though assuming that Pepsi will be OK? I always say "No, that's sick. Do you have Dr. Pepper?"

If they say don't have Dr. Pepper, then I make a scrunched-up face to convey my disgust and say "I'll just have water then."

Pepsi is yuck.

Crystal Clear Pepsi was actually pretty good. Why did they let that drink die?
