capacitance stylus will be touch-less enabled

The capacitance stylus will be touch-less enabled. This means you will be able to hover over the screen and have the screen detect stylus distance without having to touch the screen. touching the screen will be one approved input method, though.

Capacitance works over air, you just need a focused electric charge or specialized sensors. Fingerworks already had hover-abilities on their products.

This explains the spray paint splatters on the invite to the Yerba Buena event. It was air-brushed by hovering with a capacitance stylus.

you read it here first.

What about the splats? I wonder if it registers motion, too? So you could like gesture as if you are throwing paint blobs? But there was also a patent for some kind of impact sensor on a screen too so maybe the splats are caused by actually impacting the screen?

Do you know of any documentation about the FingerWorks features you mentioned though?
