This is my first spring break vacation to the Caribbean, and so far we have Costa Rica planned. Any thoughts on this place, or if you can recommend a plan B / C - I'd very much appreciate what you have to say.

Dominican Republic has great beaches (topless too), and you can never go wrong with Cancun.

Thanks for the response - It appears college girls seem to gravitate towards Cancun also, so it's a good 2nd / 3rd choice! Thanks man!
