Yes. But I did say " our democratic process at work ".

No matter how you slice it we elect our leaders by a voted in majority ( with the possible exception of the Electoral college which was an issue when Bush was elected ). The country goes in a direction that most of it's people want to go. Anyone who doesn't like that is certainly free to leave.
