Hi everyone

This is my first post, but I have been reading the forums for quite some time.

I received no notification that my shipment was going to be delayed and the people at Fedex were terrible in helping me find out what was happening. They originally stated that the shipment was "temporarily misplaced" and they could not answer any of my questions as they were investigating. They directed me to call Apple with any complaints, so I did. Apple was very good on the phone, apologizing several times for the situation and offered me a free Apple iPad case for the problem.

So a short story long; If your in Canada and your iPad shipment was delayed, call Apple and get a free case.
