Switching to Mail, Address Book & ICal from Entourage

its come to this...my wife's ipod touch is causing her huge levels of stress by NOT syncing properly with Ms entourage on her imac desktop.....we figure perhaps it is time to use the programs for which it is most compatible & hopefully reliable.....can someone outline how i should complete the process of A) switching all emails and accounts from Entourage to Mail...B) Import all contacts from entourage to Address Book...C) import all calendar items & events from Entourage to Ical....i would certainly appreciate any & all help....Happy Wife...Happy Life!!!!!...regards

Mail
  1. File >> "Import Mailboxes..."
  2. Self-explanatory from here.

Address Book
  1. Export information from Entourage.
  2. File >> "Import..." in Address Book

iCal
  1. File >> "Import..." >> "Import from Entourage..."
  2. Self-explanatory from here.
