How do You Cancel Apple Insider Account?

Hello, I wish to change my username and need to activate a new account here for the forums to change my username. I can;t figure out how to cancel this username at the moment. Please help thanks

Keep it. We don't allow multiple accounts.

You aren't allowed to have multiple active accounts. If you signup with a new one, post here with your new name and your old account name will be banned from using again but obviously think carefully about the name you do want and make sure to spell it correctly.
