Apple TV and Wall Mounting

Has anyone come across a nice wall mount for a 46" Flat Panel that would also have a small shelf or some way to mount the Apple TV (2) along with it?

I don't want to mount it behind the TV since the IR Remote won't function and I don't want just to flat mount it to the wall, again, cause the IR remote won't have line of site.

I don't mind using the iPhone/iPad remote app, but the wife hates it and refuses to use it, wants the five button silver remote. Don't ask, I just work here.

Any solutions anyone has found yet?

You could just use a velcro pad to mount it alongside the TV, its not too heavy so should hold ok.

Except that's for the 1st gen and he was asking about the second.

Though the size of the second makes mounting virtually pointless.

Here is the link at the company itself. H-Squared It is for the Apple TV 2. I just bought their mount for my Airport Extreme and am very happy with it.

But I think the OP was actually looking for a TV mount.
