If you have a PC handy you can do this:
First download this plug-in that lets you play RealAudio files in Winamp: <a href="

You need to have RealPlayer installed to use it. Then download this plug-in that lets you encode to MP3 in Winamp using the freeware encoder LAME: <a href="

Install them both.
Run Winamp.
Go into preferences and associate all the Real Media extensions with Winamp so that they'll be opened in Winamp by default. Then go to output plug-ins and select Out_LAME as the default plug-in and set the configuration options. Now every time you open RealAudio files in Winamp, they'll be converted to MP3. Don't forget to set the output plug-in back to Nullsoft waveOut when you want to play music.
