Suppose they could, but most are probably Apple resellers as well. I don't see them doing it, particularly with the likely media blow-back if they did.

Well, for one, it's not a copyright case but I know what you mean regardless. I think that would be doubtful since it would cost even more money for Apple to do that and the publicity of a mega-corporation taking on retail shops would look pretty bad. Plus, if someone REALLY REALLY wanted one, s/he can jump the border pretty easily. The main problem is re-directing everything (same as the temporary injunction in the Netherlands court).

Saying that the revised Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1n has enough differences with Apple's iPad to not confuse consumers, the German court is nearly certain to deny Apple's bid to have the revised Samsung model banned.
