When did this price hike happen? What was the before and after price?

Like I said before, I have always paid $8/mo, and still do... was it less before?

The spousal unit takes care of the Netflix account around here so I'm not totally sure, but I believe we were paying $9 a month before for both and I remember her asking me in September about what we should do since the price was going to $16 (I think) for DVD and streaming delivery. I had her drop the latter.
