Just so you know

The Register is crap...been so for years.
He's a mod so he has a few extra vBulletin privileges. That doesn't mean he should stop posting or should start acting like Digital Jesus.

That's not what the article says. The 'journalist' is calling Apple's statement a sob story, which is a vastly different thing from a lawyer being reduced to tears.

Samsung has already lost this dispute and has never won any victory. Apple has had Samsung tablets partially blocked from sale and forced a redesign. So far, it seems they are on much stronger ground.
