And once they found out how to shrink an ultra long lasting battery, the form will follow. Anyway, like your story.

Maybe, but my point is that there is no value in criticism like this unless you have a better idea. What, exactly, do you think that RIM should do instead of staying the course?

I entirely share your expectations for RIM's future as it looks from here. But I am NOT sure there is a better course for them going forward.

This would be like saying, "as intermin CEO, Mr. Jobs promises to continue the strategy laid down by his predecessor, Gilbert Amelio."

With apologies to the songwriters of "The Streets Of Loredo":

"I can see by your outfit that you are a cowboy."
These words he did say as I boldly walked by.
"Come an' sit down beside me an' hear my sad story.
"I'm shot in the breast an' I know I must die."

"If I get an outfit, can I be a cowboy?
I want to be a cowboy -- and I really will try!
Then we'll all have outfits, and we'll all be cowboys...
An outfit of cowboys with cowboy outfits... Oh my!"

Sent from my non-PlayBook tablet.
