Are you predicting that any iOS device that can install iOS 5.1 will be receive Siri? Bold prediction because I haven't read that anywhere, but I like it. I won't hold my breath since it could slow sales of iPhone4S and iPad3 if you could just install Siri on your old device.
I mean, I know it
could happen. Apple saying Siri needs the hardware of the iPhone 4S to function is absolute crap. It seems to be mostly cloud based and Android devices with FAR less horsepower than an iPhone4 have had voice command support for some time. They could have just said it was an iPhone 4S exclusive feature and left it at that.
Sometimes I think Apple says more than they really need to.
EDIT: OH. Unless they let you PAY for a Siri update. That would both be awesome and would make them a ton of money. I could live with that.
