Did they say if the front camera on the new iPad is better?

I don't think it's any different from the one in the iPad 2. The only description they give is:

"FaceTime camera with VGA-quality photos and video at up to 30 frames per second"

It's VGA quality, which just happens to top out at 2048x1536, so it sounds like it will at least match the resolution of the display itself.
