New iPad2 Home button has stopped working?

Bought Mom a new iPad2 for Mother's Day and the Home button has stopped working?

 

Tried rebooting - double key

tried restoring

tried turning off triple home option...

goto the genius bar... that is what it is used for... seeing how it is new. .. goto the nearest apple store... it is under warranty...

If you don't live near an Apple store like most of us, Apple will send out a box with a UPS pick-up-date. It takes about a week but you'll get a fixed iPad back in time.

Thanks, I took it back to the store and they gave me a new one. even put another screen shield on it for me. seems this is a problem that shows up from time to time....
