I have had an idea to improve education in the United States, especially in urban and rural public schools. The only company that has the correct attitude, correct financial ability and support of almost the entire country would be Apple. This should produce in a few years at least 500 to 600 million dollars and give Apple the best advertising ever imagined. I am not an educator, although I have taught in the military and also in a professional university. I have also served on a local school board and have educated five of my own children. Something has to be done to solve the lack of educational standards in this country, or we will become a second or third rate power in the world.
