I recently installed the iO6 update for my iphone and now find that I have around 4 hours standby time. Has anyone else had this happen to them? Can I remove the update from my phone?

Try a clean install and following these directions for a while.

Go to iTunes, click your device in the sidebar, and then click where it says Restore.
It'll back up, wipe, reinstall, and then put all your stuff back on.
