My macbook pro won't open some websites

I am trying to open a website www.usno.navy.mil/JTWC it is the Joint Typhoon Warning Centre and gives a good track map for cyclones (I live in New Caledonia and the local met bureau is not that great).  I can open on my PC and my husband's pc but not on my ipad or Macbook Pro....any ideas?

That site works on my MBP and iPad. Are you getting an error, blank page, or what?

When you say "won't open", what does that imply? 

 

What does your browser do? And what browser?
