i dont understand why dont Adobe sue apple for it to allow Adobe Flash on iphone and ipad???????????

Because they couldn't win, because there's no legal requirement for Flash to be on everything (it would be illegal for Adobe to sue for this), and because Adobe gave up on Flash in late 2008 and this is a dead and pointless argument.

 

The Internet has gotten over Flash.
