Hi

 

I installed Crashplan on my iMac this week but I am unable to get it to connect with the internet so it won't back up. Crashplan support suggested deleting the app and reinstalling, which I did but it still does not connect with the network.

 

As far as I know I have no network issues. Everything else is happily talking to the internet. I don't have the firewall turned on either. 

 

I'm now at a bit of a loss over this. Is there something in Crashplan that requires a setting which is different to other applications? i can't find any reference to this on the Crashplan site

 

has anyone else had this problem and, if so, did you manage to solve it?
