So I went to the Sprint store the day the 5s was released and was the second person to order one.  That was 3 weeks ago.  I paid in full. There are other people getting the phones.  Should I just go back and get a refund - I have paid for something, they have the $, and I do not have the phone....getting frustrated.

Have you tried calling the store to see what's happening with your order? They might hurry it along if they know you're still waiting and they have one in stock. It does seem a bit pointless ordering so early and having to wait 3 weeks for it to arrive.

I don’t understand. How did the store NOT have them on launch day? And why would you give them money without a guarantee of shipment?

Well, I went by the Sprint store again today...it still has not yet shipped.
