Getting paid on You-Tube with monetizing ?

I know this may not be the proper forum for? This but I have no clue where to ask this.  So here it is & I hope someone can help me out.

I have been considering monetizing my videos on YouTube for many years. What's the positive to it and the negative to it and how much can you make. We have about 3000 views per week on our 107 videos and is that even worth doing for amount of views?

Eh yeah probably not the best place to post this. Not really relevant to the forums.

Anyways... What I would do is put links to your site with captions and in the description (if you have a site).

You'd need a lot of views and subscribers to make anything worthwhile on Youtube. The most subscribed user (besides Youtube itself) is a guy that posts videos of himself playing games:

He has made millions:

There's a breakdown here of some viral hits and estimated earnings:

3000 views per week would probably get you $10/week. It'll help pay a monthly bill so maybe it's worth doing. I notice that the popular Youtubers keep saying to hit the like and subscribe in their videos. I guess this boosts their visibility in Youtube search and further increases views. Having worthwhile content is the main thing.
