Good morning,

 

I hope you can pls help me.  I also hope if you can that you are very specific in what I need to do as I am puter challenged.

 

I have been using outlook for years w/o a problem.  I recently changed internet providers and changed my email address.  I couldn't find a file under my inbox that I know I had.  All the other files appear to be there.  I also lost my older contacts that I migrated from an earlier version of mac office.  It was an old .pst file and is no longer there.

 

Can you tell me in detail what I need to do to recover these items?  Why did they disappear?  And why only the one folder?
