Hello, I'm switching email addresses with a new job but all my emails, contacts, calendar, notes, tasks are mine to continue accessing.  Eventually my old exchange email address will disappear, I don't want all my previous work to go with it as I'll be using it in my new address.

 

Looked around for a similar answer on other threads, no luck.  Any specific, step by step advice appreciated.  Thank you.
