It's strange how all of the yungens whipped out their ages in the early stages of this thread.

More recent, the elders displayed their years, shed their tears, and lamenting said...

"I'm so old, I'm so old" with a tremulous voice.
"As if...", I thought "we had any choice!"

You get a whole lot of all three on these boards. And all are independant of age.

I, like Mr A, Mr K and Mr I am one o' the mare venerable members o' this board tipping the chronaculous scales intae the 40s. I stepped intae this world o' trials and sorrows on Boxing Day 1956.

But - young bucks - do not think too badly o' us: we who are in the twighlight o' oor surfing lives. We may sit by the fire on a winter's evening, tragically munching oor greying beards, gazing intae the flames and remembering the long summer's o' oor youth, but while oor wandering auld thochts can still occasionally be grapelled intae focus, we too may still splash oor little corner o' cyberspace wi' the occasional dollop o' grooviness.

30/09/1981, so 20, and still not old enough to drink when I'm in the states. I just love how "the land of the free" imposed a drinking age down on the states with the threat to with-hold highway funds. Ah Democracy.

Thanks for the compliment on the nick, but I hit a limit so I had to abbreviate. I'm in St. A's, and just outside the room I'm in, are 300 first years covered with shaving foam. Youngsters nowadays. I'm probably going to buy a Ti book as soon as one comes with a combo drive, but if one isn't out by March, I'll buy an iBook instead.
