Apple Advertising at Concerts

Apple is going to be activly advertising during the upcoming Moby concert tour. They will have a large tent set up with imacs and ipods and will be handing out ipod flyers to concert goers. The booths will be staffed by local user group reps. What do you think of this idea?

I was watching the Commonwealth Games athletics contest yesterday, and happened to notice the advertising around the track...

Every other board was taken by Microsoft...with some Sun Microsystems banners thrown in as well....

Not an Apple banner to be seen...typical...

I don't think Moby sucks, but why him? And what the hell is wrong with Yuppies? They have big enough pockets to help Apple's bottom line, which ultimately helps yours!

It's a good idea, considering people who actually get off their ass's and go to concerts really like music. And people who like Moby-music, will want iPods.

Moby does not suck. Hes actually touring with my drummer, scott right now. He'll be back though.

As for apple advertising ipods and macs at concerts. Good move.

Wonder if they'll have any items to sell there. That would rock. Although, a bunch of high kids with mommy and daddy's credit card will be getting in trouble though. =)

Hey, they should sell the iPods there with the newest Moby album already on the iPod. =)
