Toast 5.2.1 giving me "hardware erros" on DVDs

It says there was a hardware error 0x03 or something like that but the DVD appears fine. What is going on? Didn't used to happen. I'll try going back to 5.2 tomorrow. Anyone else seeing this?

5.2.1 did it to me again, I'll try 5.2 next.
