iPhoto Equivalent for PC

Thread Starter
My boss has been asking me what PC program he can use that's similar in features to iPhoto. First, he'll never use a Mac because he's the president of the PC manufacturer. Second, he's an "end user" type and doesn't want to get buried inside of Photoshop Elements.

So, I know there's nothing that compares directly with iPhoto, but what simple to use PC equivalent is there?

Adobe Photoshop Album.

There's also a product called Picasso.

I'd take a look at ACD-See. I still have version 3, but it definitely is the fastest option I've found yet. I'd like to see some of its features in iphoto. Just don't expect an apple-interface :-)

That's because Photoshop Album "is" better than iPhoto. But then again it should be. It's 49.99.
