I have started this thread in hopes that new owners of iMac G4s will post what they think of their new computers. Some pictures would be nice. It is always fun to see what the new iMacs look like in real life in people's home's. Feedback on what they think of the iMac. Does it run OS X well? How does the SuperDrive work? Is the screen bright and clear? Why did you pick the iMac over something else? (It would be great to hear from wintel users who have switched over to Macs.)
I ask these question because I am trying to decide wether to buy a PowerBook G4 667Mhz or the iMac G4 800Mhz. My local store doesn't have an iMac and this only makes it harder to come to a decision. I don't have to have the portability of the PowerBook but it would be nice. Any info on the new iMacs would be a great help since I can't play around with one myself. Thanks!
