Where did these calculations come from? I don't know, it just doesn't look as wide as the Ti that I'm using now. Those pics at <a href="http://www.mac-life.de/macworld/index.html" target="_blank">imac2</a> seem to confirm this too. Am I wrong?

Two piece of info:

1) the broken image link on the Apple/home page said a 15.1" screen for the new iMac

and

2) My trusty ruler measuring both my Ti and the Time picture.

Identical proportions and a 15.1" screen = same screenas the Ti. Simple as Pi .

The stream is, ohh, poor , sound gets through though

So far for those who cannot watch:
-state of stores is great
- visitor numbers are high and increasing
- 40% of new customers are non Mac people
-mac os x develops as planned

What no update for the powermac line : only one explanation the G5 is not ready : the future powermac will be a G5 powermac.

The Apollo wasn't ready either.

So, 800 x 2 = 1600 MHz.

Maybe we should inflate this thread as much as possible...just for the hell of it.

Let's aim for 2000 ATM...

To start it off, I feel wronged by Apple's 'It's like a backstage pass to the future.' hype. I saw MWSF, and what did I get? I saw stuff that was now currently available...not stuff that was the 'Future.' As soon as Apple released it, it morphed from 'Future Hardware/Software' to 'Current Hardware/Software.'

I feel wronged!

Or maybe it advertising for MWNY...where we got a promised Jaguar, iCal, and iSync for the Future...

Am I just over reacting about nothing?

Remember this. Apple hyped the iMac back then and now it us who hype and get disappointed. When are we going to have this excitement for a new product?

Will it be MWSF 2006? Or Paris expo?
