Just installed Panther 2 days ago, love it overall so far, but since installing, I have noticed a definite slowdown in Safari 1.2.2, and when downloading files, in comparison to Jaguar. I am using an .11b connection, and have not changed the location of the base station or my iMac. I don't have any qualitative data, but I can tell the difference.
Has anyone else experienced the same thing?\
