Will the left riot when Bush Wins??

Elizabeth Edwards made some comments a few days ago stating that there would be no riots if "we" (Kerry Edwards) win. This is disturbing. Is the left planning to riot on election night when Bush wins the election? Was Elizabeth Edwards sending the signal to the left to riot? This is indeed very disturbing. The Kerry campaign has been rooted in class warfare, so I guess it's par for the course.

Instead of giving a hoot about what a vice president candidate's wife says you should be looking at Bush's past 4 years. No WMDs, Bin Laden roams free, Iraq war costing Me and the American tax payer Billions with thousands dead or crippled, Oil at $55 a Barrel and a president who seems fine about sending all our jobs to China while ignoring the millions coming in from mexico against the law that he is suppose to defend. Yeah i really care about what a vice president candidates wife remarks. I wont even mention how good old George helped haliburton or the pharmacy giants. makes me never want to vote Republican period.
VOTE OUT ALL INCUMBENTS! Its the only way we can clean up Congress.

Riots? I don't think so. Mass protests and demostrations, yes. Major Newsom (sp?) will declare San Francisco as an independent city state and there will be a mass exodus into canada.

But I don't think there will be a riot. Remenber, 99 % of the MRA crowd are voting for the Republicans anyway.

I honestly can't remember Robertson or Swaggart being here in the last twenty years.

I can, however, remember left-wing demonstrators "protesting" globalization and poverty downtown, which seemed to be just a sad excuse for anarchy.

IIRC, rioting is the topic of the thread, not religion. Pay attention.

We are The Left, and we're all planning to riot on Wednesday morning. I've been on the phone all day asking everybody else in The Left and the consensus is that, yes, on balance, we'll be having a big nationwide riot.

The Blacks are going to loot shops, because that's what they do, The Cultural Jews are going to provide the Molotov cocktails and The Gays are going to march to the White House where they will kiss each other and give The Women piggybacks to the abortion clinics.

If they don't fall down dead of AIDS on the way.

WE ARE THE LEFT. And if democracy doesn't go our way, we will RIOT. If anyone's interested in rioting when George Bush wins on Wednesday morning, meet me and the rest of The Left (with The Blacks, The Cultural Jews, The Gays and The Women) in America at 9:00 am sharp.

They are already trashing republican election offices. What would stop them from continuing the pattern?

Al Sharpton and JK are throwing rocks at the hornet's nest, angering the easily upset black community. What's to stop them from rioting?

God, I hope they do. That would make us all so very proud and set a great example.

You seem to simply misunderstand what part of the thread he was responding to . . . and that is, the part where the original poster made it known that he held stock in what the wife of the candidate for VP had said . . . . but even more importantly, he also let on that he seemed to be afraid of those pesky radical socialistas running wild in the streets of Harris county!!

The poster, who you felt that you needed to condescend to, was pointing out that rather than pay attention to trivia, CM might want to realize that there have been some really important things that have transpired that he seems to have missed . . . . while also hinting, and apparently in a manner sufficiently subtle enough to have escaped you, that those same 'important things' might not only be reasons for rioting, but would at least be reasons to make sure that Bush did not win . . .

I rioted the other day over something. Can't remember what it was. But yeah, after dinner the other day, I rioted like all hell down my street. My wife was with me, but she wasn't rioting. Just me. Anyway. I rioted. She followed along. I rioted down to the end of my street, rioted as I hung a right west toward the mountains. I rioted all the way up the street as it curves back south. Then, when I had rioted to the end of the street where it connects with 29th, I hung a left and rioted up the big assed hill to the trailhead where the road ends. Then I rioted 180 degrees and rioted back downhill. I rioted (my wife in tow, but un-rioting) all the way to where my street connects with 29th. Then I rioted up my driveway and into my backyard, where I smokes a cigarette (a little private rioting) and later went inside to pour a glass to red wine. Then I rioted out to the hot tub, came inside, prepped for my classes (oddly enough, on rioting), and then rioted on my way to bed.
