One picture a day.

Post a picture you've taken every day.

This is my father walking down an oil road near my grandparents' farm with his black lab Rock and his youngest grandson Jack.

He was staying out in the country recovering from a quintuple bypass and going through a pretty deep depression. Nothing cheered him up like the grandkids.

He's fine now, but this picture is of a really tough time for all of us.

I wish I knew why the image tags aren't working...

Awesome photo, Groverat!

I never knew your dad was Andy Griffith. That's cool to know.

No... really, that's a hell of a good photo. And you can almost hear the whistling.

....some good shots, guys.

Hey, were you drunk when you last looked at this picture? I mean, I can only see one daughter in this picture. Where's the other one?

It's good to see my sons aren't the only ones who eat dirt!

Great shot, the West of US is a fantastic place for photographers.

I love this place, one of my best souvenir while travelling in the states. The Spider rock is great (I forgot the legend about the spider thing). I will show you an image of mine later (I must scan it first).

Thanks. I'll try to post some more. Three weeks and a digital camera in Northern Arizona can do some serious damage.

Wow, your picture has an entirely different tone than mine. What time of year did you take it?

March 2002.

BTW it's a scan of a Cibachrome A4 print (I have lost the film), and there may be slights variations of colors (even if I try my best to respect the original print).

The pic was (from memory) taken during the morning, later in the day, the color tone should have been a lot warmer.
