10.4.2 in retail boxes when?

Anyone know if/when 10.4.2 will be available in retail?

I'm surprised there hasn't been more comment. I would also like to know. Leading up to 10.4.2's release, everywhere was reporting imminent availability of the release on DVD. With the update now a memory, there has been no comment anywhere. Is this still a reality and, if so, when?

I called the local Apple Store a few days ago and they didn't know anything about any update to the retail DVDs.

I guess I'll just go ahead and get 10.4 and then use the combo updater...
