Partition on the fly

Is there any software that will partition/re-partition hard drive with OS9 AND OSX on them??

I beleive that HD Toolkit will do this. You do have to have their drivers loaded on the drive for it to work though. I am not positive about that, but I know that they support "on-the-fly" partitioning and resizing under OS 9 when booted from their CD.
