yup...go to <a href="http://www.versiontracker.com/moreinfo.fcgi?id=11622&db=mac" target="_blank">Versiontracker</a> and download yourself a copy of the flash player and plugin...

it means you can use the cd like any other removable drive, however if using just a cd-r, you in fact can only copy the data once, ie "burn the data" as opposed to when you use a cd-rw which is a rewritable cd and that allows to use the cd much like you would a zip or a floppy...and yes, any file format can be burned.

not sure but i believe it allows you to save web streaming video, as well as include other encoding and decoding formats for use with higher end video as well as some higher quality transitions for use in things such as final cut pro...i'm sure i'm missing a whole lot of details that someone who is into video might be able to help out with...

anyways...

You can download the Flash Player from Macromedia directly:<a href="http://www.macromedia.com/downloads/" target="_blank">Macromedia Downloads</a>.
While you are there, I would recommend downloading the Shockwave Player too. You will probably run into less Shockwave content than Flash content, but you'll miss some really good stuff without it.
