I can't seem to find one that I can use in my accessory (i.e cigarette lighter) power outlet in my car. What do we use for this?

I would suggest a power invertor DC to AC.

I have this one http://www.xantrex.com/web/id/179/p/1/pt/10/product.asp .

It works great. You have to carry both the invertor and your charger which is good because you can either charge from ac or dc, but it is one extra item to carry.

I have had mine for about two years and it still works great. Plus it has a usb port if you want to charge your ipod too.

I haven't seen any for the Macbooks yet. Only for the ibooks/Powerbooks. So for now, it looks like you will need to use a DC/AC converter. I use one and it works great, I just think it's kind of funny to go from DC to AC back to DC again. I would much rather use the chargers like they have for the older models where you are going DC-DC.

I'm guessing some manufacturer will come out with them for the Macbooks hopefully soon

No, we are using direct DC to DC with magsafe. WE are NOT using inverters that are inefficent and wasteful.

We are also now selling with Kensington all-in-one AC/DC adapter.
