The slot drive on my MacBook just stopped working.

Makes a repeated noise that makes your stomach sink. Then it spits the CD out.

What? Why? PRAM and PMU re-set and whatnot. Anyone else seen this? Anyone else fixed this?

MacBook now delivered to the AppleStore on Regent Street. Apparently there's a lot of this about.

Well... I don't write about all the good stuff, only when I whine, really!

I'm writing this on a weird PC, on internet explorer, and it doesn't get much worserer than that.
