iBook Power Adaptor needed

So I need a new power adaptor for a 12" G4 iBook.

The official ones are not only expensive but also apparently very poor quality acording to the feedback:

Are there any good and reliable alternatives? Quality over cheapness is important to me, Apple seems to fail on both counts.

Wow those are some startlingly bad reviews.

If it was the US and not the less-litigeous UK I would suspect some class action lawyer was posting those as a sock-puppet to show to a judge for financial damages to the class.

I have a G4 iBook and I always seem to leave the power supply in hotels rooms.

I have bought a couple off of ebay. One was had a 3 way grounded plug, the other did not. Neither has given me any trouble, but then neither did the original apple one...

On a similar topic, are there any 3rd party makers of the MacBook/MacBook Pro power adaptor?

I'm on my forth one, and already there's a big chunk of exposed wire. It's crap crap crap crap crap.
