iPhone still not FCC-approved. Hrm...

I don't know how long it takes for the FCC to approve a product, but I was thinking: could the lack of approval (at this point) mean that Apple is potentially adding features (software or hardware) to the iPhone prototype shown back in January? I think it's definitely possible, but maybe not probable. Just a thought.

It's common for companies to announce products the day after FCC approval. Thus if Apple knows what day they want to announce and they know how long the approval process takes, they could wait until the last minute to submit the paperwork.
