A serious problem...

So...I was wondering if any other iPhone users are having this problem. And if you haven't come across it, please give it a try.

When I am on the phone and receive an incoming call, I am unable to switch over. When I tap over to answer it, it simply goes mute on the other line. To make things worse, when I attempt to go back to the first call, THAT person goes mute. I have to end up hanging up on both calls and call back each one at a time.

Went in to AT&T to discuss my issue, and they looked at me like this:

Then this:

They told me it was not their problem, but Apple's. It seems to me it's a network problem, not a software. I could be wrong. I'm going to the Apple Store right now to find out.

Anyone else have this problem?

(And yes Adda, I added an icon on the thread topic.)

Hmmm...apparently I'm alone on this one.

I guess I'll figure this one out for myself.

Jerks.

Apparently Cake had some problems with his iPhone too, he took it to the Apple Store and they replaced his SIM card and everything was fine after that.
See my thread: Slide to Unlock Hangs
Then see Cake's response.

Hope this helps.
