huge problem need some help

just bought my iphone today. set it all up at home and everything, while im eating i get a call and a text message, and after im eating i go to check it. the phone is frozen, wont slide to unlock and all. Trouble shoot it until it the little apple symble shows up. Then it stays frozen on the apple symble. troubleshooted about 7 times. same ting over and over. any advice would be greatly appreciated

Take it to the Apple Store and get a new one.

I don't think anybody can help you more then 'reset it' on the boards.

Or, you could smash it and put it up on YouTube... your choice.

Take it back. Get a new one. Problem solved.

Return it and wait for the ZuneFone to come out.
I head it will be colored turquoise with gold trim to upstage the iPhone.
