I have had the iPad Verizon 4G LTE for a month now, and over all I couldn't be happier with the machine. The only issue I have found so far is when on wifi it has a slower speed in processing...
I have owned at least a dozen different Mac laptops over the years, starting with a Powerbook 1400 back in the day. The 13-inch Air is my absolute favorite of the bunch. It's the first laptop...

im sorry but how is this a stupid post? All the OP did was inform people of an im client for the iphone
it's not for the iphone. it's for all mobile devices. you can use it on the psp, a regular phone, the iphone. anything cellular or portable device that uses a mobile browser basically. and it's very old news.
MacBook Pro 2.2GHz Intel Core 2 Duo 2GB 667 DDR2 SDRAM - 2x1GB 120GB Serial ATA Drive@5400rpm SuperDrive 8x 15" Glossy Widescreen Display

Actually, this version seems to be optimized for iPhone

it isn't. it's ebuddy.com. it fits to the size of your mobile devices screen. it automatically detects that you're using a mobile device and adjusts it's settings to whatever screen width you have and what not. old news.
just to be more clear this is what it looks like on my psp
ps: the psp is kick ass. has wi-fi with a browser, has games, plays video, has pictures, customiseable. the only thing that sucks is the size the weight and the face that sometimes it can't handle big webpages cause there's not enough memory D:

Just because it is old news doesn't mean everyone has heard of it. So like, go fly a kite or something, unless you're trying to hit some kind of post count
I use the Java eBuddy on my 2.5G phone (SE W810i) and it's the best IM client out there for non-smartphones. Unfortunately, the iPhone doesn't run Java, and you're stuck with the web app, which is much slower, can't connect all your messenger services at the same time and uses more data bandwidth.
Despite the availability of web apps for the iPhone, they are not the ideal solution.
I really wish Apple would either open up the API or have some sort of (protected?) J2ME implementation.
